Mr Jyotirmoy Banerjee is the Chief Human Resources Officer at HCC, bringing over 30 years of expertise in Human Resources Management, organizational strategy and leadership development across the infrastructure, construction and asset management sectors. He has successfully led large-scale HR transformations, talent management initiatives and workforce productivity enhancements in multi-billion-dollar organizations.

Before joining HCC, he served as Vice President & Head – Human Resources at Safeway Concessions ( Macquarie owned platform) , where he spearheaded HR initiatives, talent planning and key human capital projects. His role involved developing recruitment and training strategies, aligning HR practices with business objectives and overseeing succession planning, performance management and leadership coaching.

Earlier, he held HR leadership roles at Shapoorji Pallonji, KazStroy Service and Petron Engineering Construction Ltd, contributing to leadership development, performance management and organizational restructuring to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.

Jyotirmoy holds bachelor’s degree in civil engineering , an MBA in Human Resource Management and PhD in Management.
