Cable Stayed Bridge across River Anji Khad
January 2017 : HCC has been awarded contract for construction of Cable Stayed Bridge including its approaches across river Anji Khad. This bridge is between Tunnel T2 and T3 on Katra – Banihal Section of Udhampur – Srinagar – Baramulla Rail Link Project in Jammu & Kashmir. With a 290 meter long main span this Anji khad railway cable stayed bridge will be the longest cable stayed bridge for Indian Railways. The project is to be completed in 36 months.
